Both buildings offer indoor parking spaces available to rent on a monthly basis, subject to availability. Street parking around our buildings is also available without a residential vignette in most zones. Tell us during your application if you'd like to add a parking spot.
Every apartment includes unlimited high-speed Internet, split-unit air conditioning, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a bathtub in each bathroom. Most units include in-unit laundry; the rest have stackable washer/dryer hookups. Heat, hot water, and electricity are billed separately by the utility provider.
Pet policies vary by building and unit. Mention your pet on the application — we'll let you know what's allowed. Quiet, well-behaved cats and small dogs are most often welcome.
